I don’t understand why the subtitles on Netflix went screwy for a few episodes there
but it’s really annoying, seriously British accents aren’t that hard to understand, it shouldn’t be hard to subtitle them properly.
(I started out watching Doctor Who and of course they don’t even have subtitles for the first few seasons, so I’d have to pause frequently to avoid sensory overload and flail a bit. Once they started having subtitles I found I could watch a lot more without pausing, but now I’ve run into a few episodes where the subtitles are wrong and gahhh what is this. And of course it’s got to be terribly inconvenient for hearing-impaired people too, come on Netflix fix thiiis)
